As in whether we should focus on top graduates or have a broader focus? We haven’t discussed that very much. In general YC is in favor of starting with deep appeal to a narrow market, then broadening over time, so my impression is they think our strategy makes sense.

Do you have a metric for how many users are reaching some important ‘aha’ moment (e.g. reading 4 posts within 48 hours of first visit) that may be a better predictor of long term influence?

Hi Alex,

CEA acts as an incubator for three main projects. Each project is run as a separate organisation. We independently took the decision to apply because we thought it would be a good fit for us.
